Paul is an outstanding singer from Glasgow. His debut
album is due for release at the end of 2006. The album draws from
the rich traditions of Scottish and Irish music and blends it with
modern rock and contemporary songwriting. The single Take My Hand,
from the album, is on release as CD or digital download. Also on
the single are acoustic versions of two tracks, All That I Hoped
For and Moonlit Sky. The tracks are influenced by great folk performers
including Paul Brady, Christy Moore, Dick Gaughan, The Waterboys
and Donal Lunny and also contemporary artists such as Led Zeppelin
and Pink Floyd.
Paul gained a love of folk music
through attending folk festivals in the UK. The tracks on the album
are mostly original, written by Paul or David Mcnee, who co-writes
with Paul.

Lonely
Man (4 Mb / 3:32)
Quite why this song was written
we don't know, but it's an examination of a life which hasn't
exactly gone to plan. |
