Enabling the hidden panel ...

In order to publish the hidden panel on your site all you need to do is publish any module to the 'cpanel' position. In the template admin you can also change the time that the panel takes to open.

Released monthly, Sarah McFadyen's 'Raw Tunes Radio' is a show dedicated purely to tunes. Exploring traditional and contemporary tunes from our own local Scottish heroes as well as the rest of the planet.

Some programs will focus entirely on a particular regional area, style, composer or musician, while in others the favorite tunes of a guest presenter are featured.  Taking field trips, 'Raw Tunes Radio' will visit the places tunes live, as well as recording sessions exclusively for the show.

Hailing from Orkney, Sarah McFadyen is a highly accomplished folk musician who has toured extensively throughout Europe and Cape Breton with her fiddle. Sarah is a former member of the band 'Aberfeldy', she also plays with 'Harem Scarem' with whom she has recored an album titled 'Let Them Eat Fishcake'.

For our first Raw Tunes Radio program of 2010 we are in the home of Anne Sofie Linge Valdal in Edinburgh. Anne Sofie plays us some tunes on the Norwegian overtone flute, also known as the willow flute, and tells us about it's origins. She is joined for a few tunes by her sister Inguunon the fiddle.

As well as hearing some live tunes and chat from Anne Sofie and Inguun we will hear a few tracks featuring the willow flute -

& Blamann Blamann, playing "Trollspringar" & "Trollhalling".
