Enabling the hidden panel ...

In order to publish the hidden panel on your site all you need to do is publish any module to the 'cpanel' position. In the template admin you can also change the time that the panel takes to open.

For our first Raw Tunes Radio program of 2010 we are in the home of Anne Sofie Linge Valdal in Edinburgh. Anne Sofie plays us some tunes on the Norwegian overtone flute, also known as the willow flute, and tells us about it's origins. She is joined for a few tunes by her sister Inguunon the fiddle.

As well as hearing some live tunes and chat from Anne Sofie and Inguun we will hear a few tracks featuring the willow flute -

This month’s programme takes a wee tour through some of the materials from the sound archive of the School of Scottish studies, which will be available to the public soon through the ‘Kist o’ Riches’ project. We have a wee interview with the project director, and some tracks from the growing group of singers who use the archives to source material for their own singing, or for reworking.
