Chords & The Truth
"Addictive
folk music - once you've heard the band name, you're hooked - thereon
in it only gets better." GARDEN SESSIONS |
|
4 Chords & the Truth - Chris and Ewan hail from
the deepest, darkest corners of northern Scotland. Their music is
a fusion of traditional fiddle music, folk song and original material,
with a sweeping funky groove throughout. As far as they're concerned
folk music is about interpreting any form of music in whatever way
they feel like, from blues to Burns.
Their songs feature despair, loneliness, unrequited love, social
exclusion, rebellion, adultery alcoholism, and most other traditional
Scottish pastimes.
Generally they wander around playing to anyone that will listen,
like troubadors of old, except with slightly better clothes...
